I purchased a studio flat from DAMAC back in Mar 2020 and it has been 9 months I’m waiting for the handover.
I was promised to get the handover first at 24% of the initial payment the 34% now I have paid almost half of it and still nothing.
I only bought the unit from them to avoid scams and issues but they are the biggest scammers in IAE when it comes to building developers.
This post is to let people know before they invest huge amounts of their hard earned money to these looters and cheats.
