We are staying in Nimboliadda shivalayam temple road . Sir The ghmc people who are cleaning this area are demanding money and if any one throws the wastage from house , this ghmc sweeper lady uses very bad words and scold them because they people are not giving money and this is our daily subhravatham. In earlier also we already complaint about this lady to ghmc head person who visited this area. So that time she shifted this lady to other area. But from 4 months again this lady is only cleaning the area and daily using very bad words. Please take immediate action about this lady and please appoint another person on behalf of her

The drainage lines connected to MIGH-160, Bharathnagar colony, near moosapet, hyderabad relating to GHMC circle 14A. Kukatpally GHMC., Hyderabad and the drainage line (main lines) relating to other houses MIGH -155 to 161 including MIGH-160 and MIGH-172 to 179 are very narrow lines and not able to bear the flow of rain water during rains. Due to incapacity and unserviceble lines the drain water is getting reverse into the houses and the houses are being drowned in drain water in unhygenic atmosphere as there is no chance to discharge the water from the houses. No of complaints were given to the Dy.Commissioner, Circle 14A, GHMC Kukatpally office and also to the Zonal Commissioner, GHMC., Serlingampally Muncipality office. Sent the complaints to the Commissioner, GHMC., Main branch, Hyderabad. But in vain. No response from any body but the people are still struggling with drainage problem. Latter three on line complaints were given. After giving two reminders the work was entrusted to two AEEs Mr. Sudheer and Mamatha. They never responded to their superiors orders. After hacking the muncipality one AEE visited the spot and found the desirability to replace the existing drain line to catter the needs of the public and also for immediate solution. This matter has been happened in May, 2017. After having enquiring with the issue it is found that a proposal for sanction of Rs. 9.5 Lkhs and the proposals were went to Zonal Office, Zonal Commissioner, SERLINGAMPALLY Muncipality. It is pending till now. More than 5 months time passed. Meanwhile informed to the Corporator, Fathem Maidan area Mr. P. Ramesh Gowd. He has not responded. The Muncipal Officials are playing with the lives of the public without caring their basic needs. After having vexed with the Muncipal Authorities, A Civil case PLC against the Commissioner, GHMC., Dy.Commissioner, GHMC circle 14A, Zonal Commissioner, Zonal Office, Serlingampally Muncipal office, Executive Engineer, Town Planning Officer, AEEs Sudheer and Mamatha and P.Satish Gowd the Corporator is filed for their appearance before the court to explain their negligent services and to solve the problem.
Please see how the Muncipal corporation is playing with the lives of the public and it is creating circumstances to approach the courts for solving the civic problems of the public. Hope at least the GHMC Circle 14A, Kukatpally Muncipality will be vigilent and solve the problem. Further another case before the Loka Yukta against the Muncipal Officers is also proposed to file for their irresponsible services.

V.Rajagopala rao the resident of MIGH-160, Bharathnagar colony, Hyderabad and the other residents in MIGH -155 to 161 and MIGH - 172 to 179 are the victims of drainage struggle. I have given number of complaints to the Dy.Commissioner, Circle-14A, GHMC Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Matter placed in Praja Vani but no use. The officers never respond to the public problems more particularly Drainage problems. Now a days it became very common in Hyderabad City. So the Officers need not care and not responsible to solve the public problems. I have given three online complaints. Referred Two AEEs names to attend the work. It is only eye wash. None of the AEE attended. Again the matter complained to the Commissioner, GHMC., Main office, Hyd. Dy.Commissioner, CIRCLe 14A is very very inactive and careless. With a great difficult one Asst. ENG> CAME to visit the spot in May, 2017. He noticed the desirability of replacement of the existing narrow drain pipe lines. He submitted his estimates to the Zonal Commissioner, Serlingampally Municipality, Hyd for Rs.9.5 Lakhs. Since May,17 that matter is pending with the Zonal Officer, Serlingampally GHMC., Hyd. Even for petty rain we are unable to stay in the houses. The entire drain water is entering into houses from the main drain lines as the existing lines are very narrow and not able to bear the load to discharge the water from the main lines. Corporator Mr. Pandala Satish Gowd is also care less and never respond to the public in need. At last we have vexed with the negligent services of the GHMC circle 14A> KKP GHMC I have filed a PLC in the court against the Commissioner, GHMC., Hyd., Zonal Commissioner, Serlingampally Muncipality office, Hyd., Dy.Commissioner, Circle-14A, Kukatpally GHMC., Executive Engineer, GHMC., circle 14A, Town Planning Officer, GHMC circle 14A, and Mr. Sridhar and Mamatha A.EEs circle 14A. They all have to appear before the court personally for their negligent services. They are all praying with the lives of the public. Their behaviour is nothing but inhuman and absolute derliction to render services to the public. At least now if the GHMC circle 14A, KKP GHMC open its eyes we can appreciate them. Hope the GHMC circle 14A will respond immediately to solve the problem.

Dear Sir, I'm writing this email to get a permanent solution to this overflowing drainage water, which is just passing in front of my house causing lot of inconvenience. Smell is unbearable. Local maintenance(municipality) people doing half baked work whenever we complaints at their sweet time. I request you to end this problem permanently.

Iam an ex-service man senior citizen aged 74 years. Iam also high BP and heart patient. I was in active defense service during the 1962, 1965 and 1971 wars. Iam the owner of the flat No. 6-3-790/3/1.
Iam approaching you as final attempt to find solution to the problems created by the GHMC and not responding to my grievances.
I have let out the said flat on rent. The family is residing in the flat. The apartment is residential. No one can use the flats for commercial purpose. The GHMC is fully competent to take action on the violators, including ceasing the commercial equipment and commodities.
The yearly property tax is Rs.4094(rupees four thousand ninety two which last I paid on 31st august,2014,
But on 16/7/2015, I received Property tax demand bill for 2015-2016 Rs, 461488. (Rupees four lac sixty one thousand four hundred and eighty eight).
I could not with stand the BP rise and and I relaxed hired an auto rushed to GHMC office. I met the DC and he asked Mr. Jayanand TI to inspect the flat. Accordingly the flat was inspected and the complaint was filed by me on 16/7/2015. attaching copies of photos of the flat.
I have not made any changes/extensions in the flat. I have promptly replied notice received by me.
I have also filled up net grievances three times.
Till date date there no response from GHMC. To my representation. Please help me before I collapse.

sir for collecting wastage material by a person appointed by ghmc collecting money depending on floor charging different rates they are collecting 5o monthly from us so that some people are throwing in open area which is against swachh bharat paying 50 is not problem to us but some poor people, some other people are not willing to pay i dont know wheather they get salaries from u or not if this is the only source to them so its ok.only just i want to ask u?

It is with great regret that I have to write this letter. Today, while walking in the colony park located behind Hyderabad Central with my daughter , SHE WAS HIT BY A BALL INTHESLOMACH, aimed at her by cricket playing ruffians. She was badly injured . I saw the colony committe member standing outside the park and reported the matter to him. I asked him to post one watchman for avoiding such incidents but he refused to do so saying there are no funds. Two days ago one anti social elewment urinated in the presence of lady walkers and wnen I scolded him he gave an un ashamed smile-so much for women security in a colony park. When our Chief Minister is trying to take steps to beautify the city , at local level there is no security and no accountability. Please post a watchman who can keep a watch on such elemets, Hope there will be a positive response.

WE are from murad nagar, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad want to bring few lines to the concern authoritiies that in our locality daily we are facing Mosquitoes which may cause diseases to the inhabitants. It has become difficult to stay in this area on account of the bad smell. The residents of our locality people are suffering a lot on account of mosquiito due to bad road and garbage I donot know why GHMC officers do not take care of such things. Are they bothered about only their self benefit and they do not bother about the benefit of the public. This is shameful. I hope the Commissioner will take prompt action to see that proper medicine is sprayed proper cleaning is done to it. There is a lot of Budget for this purpose granted to GMCH where that money is going. I hope the higher authorities will take action about this issue. It is required to check whether the subordinate staff is working properly. If not they can be punished properly. In olden days we used to see spraying of medicine in the locality for eradication of Mosquitoes either by a single person or by use of a vehicle but now a days no body is coming here for this purpose for the last five years. What GHMC officers are doing are they sleeping on their chairs. If they cannot serve the public they do not have right to work on their chairs. They are actually playing with the health of the the public. So I want the Commissioner should take action in this regard to see that spraying of medicine and/or cleaning of the road and drainage be done at the earliest and action shall also be taken to spray medicine in the locality for eradication of Mosquitoes.

I am from Kacheguda, Nehrunagar, Hyderabad. There is a Nala passing from this area which is connecting Hussain Sagar and the Musi river. There is a bride constructed on this Nala which is generally called as Golnaka Bridge. It is noticed that there is no cleaning or spraying of medicine done on this Nala. While passing through this Nala severe smell is felt. It is causing Mosquitoes which may cause diseases to the inhabitants. It has become difficult to stay in this area on account of the bad smell.
