I Wayne McLaren was dismissed from a company (GI Tactical). i was given a signed letter from the Director a one suren bryan pather inwhich he confirms to pay my last month salary that being May 2015 and other benefits. GI Tactical has still not paid the said benefits. please see copy of the Dismissal letter, pay sheet which indicates my employment rates at the time and also the correspondence between the Labour dept and my legal team. The attached correspondence shows that the Labour dept did indeed recieve my claim amd comfirmed that they will responde. I am still awaiting feedback from the Department of Labour since.
