I would like to lodge a report against giant outlet at Cheras Utama. Reason because I bought raisins for my Son and I found bugs walking around the box. I have gone back to the outlet and asked for the outlet manager, but I was told that he was not available. However I asked for the manager's contact number. I tried calling the mobile a few times but my calls were rejected. I sent a SMS but that was ignored too. I have already made a police report pertaining this matter.I want to lodge a report to yourself before I go to the media and press. Kindly contact me for further details.
