GIGA SIM has no outlets in Singapore and you can only use their services through via website.
We ordered 2 sim cards and paid for them in full and were advised that they will be delivered the next day between 3-6pm.
We cancelled our commitments and waited at home between 3-6pm. No one came and at 530pm I got a message that they were not able to deliver because I was not home and wanted to reschedule for another delivery in FIVE days time. THIS IS A LIE, NO ONE CAME BECAUSE I WAS HOME.
I checked the delivery address and it was correct.
I tried to contact GIGA to understand the problem and how it can be resolved by they have no contact details available anywhere.
I tried sending a message via their app and website but they won't accept the message and constantly report an error that doesn't allow the message to be submitted.
They have taken our money and we can't contact them or cancel the order. We have only been in Singapore for 2 days and thus has already been the worst experience ever.
