II rang yesterday regarding a flight delay that in turn affected my health quite significantly. The flight was VueelingVY1397 from Manchester to Alicante on the 21st of June. I was treated appallingly at the airport which amounted to an infringement of my human rights. I asked for the call to be recorded and was told someone would get back to me today once they had been in touch with the airlines but no one has.
I am registered disabled. I would like Email confirmation acknowledgement of this complaint and someone to get InTouch with me on 07542613115 to discuss my complaint in full.
I do not want to take this up the legal route but will do in the absence or a response. I will also take it to the papers if I have to I was treated appallingly !
