Bad attitude towards customer
Hi I am not sure if this is for complaints GKR Karate.
I have contacted GKR Frankston South Melbourne a few times. Julian always does hard sell and it’s such a put off. He just doesn’t listen to the customer. He refuses to listen and just wants the money. I understand he wants business but he is rude to the customer. I had to hang up because he wasn’t listening to me. I told him I needed to discuss the classes with my husband and he just said “well last sign them up now!”. I asked him if he was listening to me and then he started to be rude about me. It’s just not nice. One of the reasons we haven’t signed up is because of Julian and his manner.
