3 Extra Charges on Credit Card
I placed an order online and in the process my credit card was charged an extra 50 cents three times! The person I talked to on chat hung up on me. I tried calling and was hung up on. I called back, Customer Service told me they couldn't do anything, couldn't connect me to the Billing Department. Customer Service told me I need to contact my credit card company about overcharges. I said, "No, you guys overcharged me, it should be in your system." CS said there was nothing they could do. They apparently can only send the Billing Dept. emails. Have been waiting for a week for them to contact me. Haven't heard anything. I know it's only a $1.50, but that is my $1.50 and they did not have permission to charge my card for those 3 times. If they did that to everyone, that would be a lot of extra money in their pockets!
