Pretty similar story to everyone else... Placed order on Dec. 3rd and my account was billed immediately, however, my order was first delayed in their "quality control". I called and got the same voice recording as everyone else, encouraging me to email due to their backlog of messages. Sooooooo, I emailed and got the same generic response suggesting I reply with "URGENT" in the subject line, which I did. I DID get responses, but only to apologize for the delay and offer discounts on FUTURE purchases, but no refunds on current purchase in question! I responded, specifically requesting the "20% store credit" offer be changed to a 20% refund instead. I received NO response to this request. I received an email on Dec. 28th from Glencara stating my item was "packaged and ready to ship", but no verification of when it actually WOULD ship. I then received an email from STAMPS.COM with a similar message and a tracking number, but it said to allow 3 business days for tracking information to be posted... The next tracking was on Jan 6th stating USPS had received the shipping INFORMATION, but was still WAITING on the item's arrival!! What happened between Dec. 28th and Jan 6th??? This morning I just happened to check it and it was all updated. My package FINALLY arrived today, but IS MISSING THE PENDANT!!!! (The earrings that did arrive are very pretty!)

I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in Glencara.com's lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTOON GUARANTEE & will never order from them again!! At this point, I'm just praying I get the pendant that SHOULD have arrived in the set today, so my Mom can receive her ONLY requested Christmas gift!!!!
