My husband ordered a ring for me for Christmas on November 28th. When he didn't receive confirmation of shipment within a few weeks, he emailed to ask the status. They replied and said the person that makes the ring just returned and would be working on it. The week before Christmas and still did not receive it. He emailed them again. This time they said the ring did not pass quality control and would be remade. He emailed them again today and waiting for a reply. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to review this company.
