I ordered a ring on line from Glencara.com for the advertised price of $59.74 and guaranteed delivery by Christmas Dec.25th 2019.
Glencara.com then took out $112.86 plus I paid $13.27 for express shipping.I received a confirmation email about the purchase but no shipping confirmation.Later that day (Dec.19th) I received a email from Glencara stating that the ring I ordered had to be custom made even though the ad had stated that all merchandise was in stock,and that the goldsmith would have it done by Dec.27 and would be shipped that day.I sent Glencara an email asking about the difference in the ad price and why it stated that the ring would be shipped before Christmas and they sent back a email saying that it had to be custom made and didn't answer me as to why there was a price difference or details for the shipping delay.I emailed Glencara on Dec 26th to inquire when my ring will be shipped on the 27th and received no email back from them as of yet.After investigating online I read numerous complaints about the fraudulent activities of this company and I feel like I may not get what I have paid for.

Paid for a ring this item has not been received.
Never answering to the phone number they provide and do not reply to emails sent.

AVOID this is a SCAM
Waited 12 weeks and still nothing
Wedding in 8 weeks now beginning to get fed up waiting. I will be reporting them to all relevant authorities asap

On Dec 16th, ordered a 14kt over sterling silver ring. Got confirmayion they received my order and payment and sent me a confirmation/order#. It is now 2 weeks later and nothing from them. They took my money and sent me nothing. I've tried calling them and all you get is a recording no matter what time of day or night you call. Also have e=mailed them 4 times and no response. This company is a RIP+OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM GLENCARA.
