Lots of complaints on this website but I have a good story.

I ordered a ring from Glencara. It had to be made to order because it was needed in an unusual size. This was no problem. The Customer Service was excellent. The ring arrived 2 days late but this was the fault of FedEx not Glencara. The quality of the ring exceeded my expectations and it fitted perfectly.

As I had read the complaints before I ordered from Glencara I was expecting some problems but there were none. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.
