This company is not honorable or trustworthy. Ordered a "claddagh ring set" 6/5/18. First they double charged me for order, and for something called an ATM fee, They did credit me as I requested. Second they sent me the wrong size mens ring 12 1/2, I returned it, and was told that they did not have my size 11 as it was a popular ring. It would be crafted and shipped to me 7/2/18. They have not responded to my request on 7/2/18 to verify if it has been shipped, and to provide me with a tracking # if it has. Was told 7/3/18 very sorry, would send email to manager who would reply shortly. I requested if ring was not sent 7/2/18 to please email me a shipping label to return the womens ring to avoid any hassles for a Credit Refund. I have not received a reply. I just want my money back after this awful experience. I have never ever been treated this poorly by a business, poor customer service, shameful! I filed a complaint with BBB NY 6/25/18, they have not received a response either as of 7/9/18.

We’ve not received our ring order. Have gotten the runaround from Glencara since September 2017. They suck!!!! We’re going to the Better Business Bureau about this!!! This company is also falsely advertising that they are Irish...they’re American!!!! Our bank is getting involved over this. We shall destroy them.
