Failure to deliver

I purchased several items, but one item was 'out of stock'. It was supposed to be delivered on July 9th. It still has not arrived. All the emails I have sent get a reply with the same response as everyone on this site. Because I received some items, I cannot cancel the transaction on my credit card. So I've simply been duped and robbed. I warn others not to use this site or company..
