claddagh ring

Ordered Claddagh ring on 25th March 2018 for immediate delivery . Received email to inform me that ring out of stock but would be delivered 9th April and am still waiting . No response to my emails and contact numbers are not successful . Very disappointed that companies like these are allowed to operate in Ireland . Will have to try and recover money from credit card company.
