Late Delivery, Wrong Size, Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a Claddagh My Soul Mate Ring Set from Glencara.com, for our 25th anniversary vow renewal. I paid the extra $19.99 for the guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. It arrived late, after a week, and missed the vow renewal ceremony. Plus, the women's ring is the wrong size. No amount of email, or phone calls to the US and Ireland will get me a response. The calls automatically go to a voicemail saying it's outside their office hours, no matter what time I call. I want my $19.99 refunded, and more importantly, I want to exchange the ring for the right size. I'm afraid to send the one ring back for exchange in that I'll never see it again. As it's engraved, I don't know what their "small fee" to exchange engraved rings will be. This is the worst customer service I have ever had with ANY online company, and I do a tremendous amount of online shopping. I am hoping this may elicit a response from their customer service department. My next step will be to contact my bank for a disputed charge if I don't hear from them. I’m afraid it's a fraudulent company. This is certainly a case of buyer beware!
