I ordered a Claddagh ring on the 3rd December and was told that it would be shipped out straight away. I e mailed them thee following week to be told that my ring would be shipped out on the 16th December. I e mailed therm serveral times the following week as the ring had still not come but no reply to therm and I tried phoning several times too but received only a recorded message saying that all the agents were very busy dealing with a backlog of e mails. On 27th December I received an e mail purporting to come from the manager who was called Harry stating that my ring had been sent on the 16th Decrmber
I e mailed back straight away to say that I still had not received my ring and could they provide proof of shipment. I have received no reply to this and I still have not received my ring. I also said in my e mail that if they were unable to supply my ring then I would like my money back. I am a pensioner and I can't afford to be tricked like this. I wish that I had read the complaints before ordering as I definitely would not be out of pocket then
