Dodgy big time.................I ordered a matching set of wedding bands and paid extra for express delivery 3 - 5 days delivery to my door...what a joke. Ordered a month ago and still haven't received anything. When I contact them I only get delaying tactics, they are made to order (not what it says on the website). I have discovered that the transaction takes a few days to process so that explains why they delay. I have asked for a refund and surprise, surprise no answer. I message them and they reply at 2 or 3 am Irish time, so that alone tells you they are dodgy - what sort of company has a sales team working in the middle of the night!!. Then to top it off they are asking me to rate them 5 stars for my shipment.... I have lodged a complaint with ACCC in Australia, and have lodged a formal complaint with An Garda Siochana in Ireland to ensure this company does not continue to scam people. Watch out people they are NOT what they seem
