yet to receive merchandise

I ordered a pair of earring on December 1st and right away they sent me an order number and shipping number and have yet to receive them. I have tried a number of times calling and you get the same message that their lines are all busy and to leave an e-mail and say Urgent. I am so disappointed and frustrated that you can't get a hold of anybody. They are a true RIP OFF don't waste your money cause you will never see the product and you will never get your money back either Shop somewhere else!!!!!

- Rip-Off scammers

Ordered a ring but nothing was received.
I was charged very quickly but the company has yet to respond to any emails.
