Customer service female worker

I stood in line patiently until it was my turn to be served. During that time the Customer service lady had trouble re-entering the returns into the computer. She addressed 2 workers issues, and assisted another person. I waited patiently through all this. It took about 15 or so minutes. Then when I requested cash for my returns instead of placing it back on my debit card, she said she didn’t have much and would rather put it back on my debit card. When I expressed that I really needed the cash for my trip and it would take 3 days to go back on my card, she got an attitude with me and said I was getting one with her and finally gave me the cash. This should never have happened. It Is bad customer service.
