Global Crossings have issues various phones used by scammers to rip off elderly and unsuspecting citizens of the United States. 443-951-9586 is just one example of a phone used by scammers and Global Crossings should be forced to shut down service to phones #'s that are easily listed on the internet as scammer numbers. Why doesn't someone do something productive to shut these people down. Instead numerous others profit off the fear people have by selling cell phone blocking services or no-robot calling services. Even if they aren't caught but are hindered to have to keep finding new sources to restart it would save many, mostly elderly and innocent victims much stress and money. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!
