I to had sent in my cash for my card,and as well as I emailed them twice,I relize it was arisk,but DAMN,Is everybody a scam on line?

This happened to me. I am currently waiting for my novelty id card and have yet to see anything!. I am very disappointed but i have learnt my lesson
