We finally paid this off after five years. I've been getting emails too about changes and thought I would do a Google search first since I didn't want to be on the phone with anyone. I'm so glad I did. Any reputable company would put information in the mail concerning a contract agreement that you already have. I found the accommodations here to be just so so. We own a Marriott timeshare and the accommodations are far superior. I Rue the day I bought this. I'm ready to walk away from it. Tired of throwing good money after bad
