I have paid IXP (or whatever their name is) and they had all kinds of promises, constant calling until the final payment and then then just disappeared. No answering the phone, email response and the website is unresponsive except of the evaluation. I have even some of their consultants offering to assist privately if I pay an additional amount into his private bank account. They are crooks and thieves and I hope that they will rot in hell because they steal hard earned money.
