POOR CSUTOMER SERVICE
I had my service for 1 year with Globe At Home. I decided to cancel my service because the service is very poor and expensive. Early July I canceled my service and requested a final bill. I flled up and they say they will send the final bill but months went on until October someone called me to pay around PhP23,000 for my final bill and if not they will file legal action. I called and requested a breakdown but they didn't send me one. I am very frustrated because they charged me too much. And prior to that, they sent me devices as promotion and they said no cost but they charged me. And not only once, but twice. They never adjusted my bill. They just keep promising. The customer service is very poor. They keep saying they will note it on the account but they will never do it and if you called you will just have to tell again the story. It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
