load balance

load balance before the regular browsing rate was at 63.50 pesos, right after subscribing to regular browsing rate (9:39 pm) the load balance prompt stated that it is now only 59.50 pesos then in less than a minute it was 33.50 pesos then 31.50 (9:42 pm) and last 16.00 pesos at 9:51 pm. what a scheme to earn money!!
