Account hacked

I had two transactions posted to my sons account totaling over 1,000.00 which overdrew his account. He has never dealt with company and there is no phone number to contact anyone about the issue and have sent 5 emails and nothing. He just wants his money back

Glyde: Where's my money? Why am I being threatened?

I ordered an iPhone 6 plus on Glyde described as "fully functional". An hour into usage my phone began to basically spaz out so uncontrollably it was not at all useable. I then filed for a return, and I saw I recieved an email. The email was from Glyde telling me that an additional phone was mistakenly sent to my address, and if I do not reply in 48 hours, my account will be charged an ADDITIONAL $365.17. A week has past and I have not recieved any email replies. I am prepairing to pursue a lawsuit with this company if they don't do something fast. BEWARE

Nothing but frustrating

I ordered a Verizon GSM Unlocked Note 4. Since the phone wouldn't connect to the mobile network (T-Mobile), I put in a return request. The return box took weeks to arrive. In the meantime I did research and after calling Verizon they told me the IMEI is currently blacklisted. I told Glyde this but support took days to respond and they ignored the part about the IMEI, giving me a form email instead with useless, generic information, basically waving their hand at me. I replied clarifying the situation again, and again have to wait days for a response. Awful. Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Held Account

Ordered a phone yesterday, my account was put on hold today. I emailed as suggested, but then came here out of concern. Hasn't been 48hrs but by the looks of these complaints I may not get my phone or money back. Would love to know how to solve this issue. Please help.

Account ON Hold

My account is on hold after i bought a iphone yesterday, And I sent them a e-mail saying will i still receive my phone and I still haven got a straight answer!

Awful customer service...ordered phone on 5.11.15...still haven't rec'd it...2 weeks later still waiting. They said my account has a hold and they will resolve with bank within 3 days...does it look like 3 days? Also, NO phone #...crazy...who does that? And, they will reply to your email within 48 hours...will NEVER use again...EVER.

unapproved transactions

account hit a third time for an unapproved transaction, overdraws account, I see on reply email could take up to 48 hours for someone to see this... Unacceptable!

where is my money at?

I have decided to sell my galaxy s5 and its in good condition fully functional no cracks, but i decided to list it as a speed sale because i need the money. Well it took FOREVER to ship to the buy but apparently it was delivered NOV 28th. I was informed my proceeds would be there 3 days after delivery and it is now Dec 3rd. Thats a little after 3 days and it still says my buyer is pending purchase. If i dont get my money glyde is having a lawsuit on their hands because i sold that phone for way less than what its worth in need of money.

iPhone5 (paid price for an execellent condition) delivered late and that too with a big defect

We ordered a used iPhone 5 (paid the price for an excellent condition model). First the phone was delivered after more than 2 weeks from the initial order date. Then later on we found that phone does not work on wi-fi. When contacted Glyde, they said you have only 48 hours from the day the order delivered (which was 3 days after I placed the order). They are asking me to return the phone even when I had not received the phone. This company sucks and please dont buy their products. iPhone 6 plus

This company is probably the worse company that I have seen. They have charged my card and then suspended the account. Now I am without phone and the money has already been taken from my card. They do not respond to emails, asked a huge amount of information that they aren't supposed to ask and still haven't resolved this issue. Stay away from this company, it is really not worth the pain. They do not have a contact number, they do not want to resolve issues and they are really without any real person to talk with.

No email responses or way to contact them

Fucking horrible. My account has been on hold for three weeks AFTER verifying that it is me that owns the account, and I am still without a damned response to my emails explaining to these idiots why there is no problem. Hell, a 3 minute phone call to my bank would fix this if they would actually do something.

They will NOT answer emails, and they have no number to contact them at, which is understandable if this is how they usually treat their potential customers.

Check can't be cashed

Hi, I sold an iphone 4 about 2 months ago and epinstead of doing direct deposit I requested a check to recieve my money because I preferred cash. So to cash the check I went to PLS Loan Store, which for your reference they will cash almost ANY check (that's why I go there), but even with this they wouldn't cash my check that you guys sent me. This is because the check couldn't be verified. Verification requires PLS to call the number placed on the check you guys sent me, but the number was out of service. I think that is very odd and I'm concerned because the check expires pretty soon. Also, I have sent two emails already with no response. What's the deal?

TERRIBLE SITE

Within a two week time span I've had not one but two game purchases never arrive despite the seller kits apparently having arrived at the seller's house days ago, with no attempt on their behalf to mail me what I paid for. After sending numerous emails I finally got a reply saying customer service was looking into the problem and to not send any more emails unless I had a question. The audacity for a company to ignore their loyal customers and finally give them a brush off reply like this is beyond me. I should have known better than to conduct business with a site with no customer service number. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AVOID THIS SITE.

Suspended account

I just bought nba and looked later to see if it went through and it said that my account is suspended and I don't know why this happened to my old account and i trice to contact as much as possible but nothing happened why does this keep happening to me

Contacting them, about a possibl stolen phone

My boyfriend bought me an iphone 4 on glyde for a great price. When it arrived it was in perfect condition like promised. But when I went to activate it the Verizon store told me the serial number was still active under another account so now I have a really expensive ipod touch until it is fixed. Not sure why the phone is still attached to another account, the options are that it is stolen, the person hasn't disconnected the phone before selling it or they owe money on their bill. All this would be so much easier to fix if glyde had a number to call so I could talk to a real person. Instead I have to send clarifying emails that have yet to ben replied to, and I don't want to get stuck with an unusable phone and my bf out of money because its now past the 48 hours to return it period. Happy Christmas to me....

Sold three games on this website and never got the money deposited into my bank account

I bought an HTC evo 4g from them and they charged it to my card twice but only 1 i showing and 1 is what I ordered.
on top of that they canceld my account and kept my money. this is wrony and if they dont fix it ill have to take legal action aginst this money stealing comany

I have been jerked around by this company now for 4 weeks

The first time I ordered the seller rescinded the sell, because of that I lost the time sensitive coupon code. They held the pre-authorized funds on my credit card for 10 days, which prevented me from buying a replacement during that time. Then the second purchase was "flagged" for verification in which they asked for extensive personal information via email, which I reluctantly supplied, then rather than calling me (which they stated they would do if there was a problem) they simply canceled the order and suspended my account. I have been jerked around by this company now for 4 weeks and I could have purchased something flawlessly from a known seller. I do not recommend glyde.com.
