We purchased a used iPhone on Glyde for our son. The iPhone was a 4s and described as in excellent condition. The phone shut off and stopped working less than a month later. Apple service store in Towson Mall looked at it and said the phone had previously been opened and messed with. All warranty was voided and the phone could not be repaired. We are out $200.00 and Glyde's service department has been unresponsive. This is the third purchase we have made from Glyde and will probably be the last. A credit of some kind does not seem unreasonable.
