An account was opened on glyde.com in February , 2016 to purchase used iphone. The information required was my name, address, phone number, credit-card information date of birth, email address.

The order was placed and received confirmation from Glyde and my credit card company sent an email notice of the the purchase and that it had been approved.

Minutes later Received an email stating that the purchase had been cancelled. The process was repeated twice after in the same sequence and with the same results.

Received an email from glyde stating that the glyde account had been put on hold. On contacting the company- by email, as there is no phone information, it was confirmed that the account was put on hold, but no precise reason was given other than this was done internally.

Contacted my credit card company who reviewed and provided assurances that there were no problems with the credit card account, and that the purchases has been approved, then withdrawn.

Provided that information to glyde, to no effect.

The account remains on hold I have no access to remove my personal and credit information from the account or site.
Extremely concerned that Glyde retains this information and there exists a strong potential for misuse and fraud.
