$1000000 winner in a Chevrolet promo

There was a message on my phone number 294- 1738 stating that I would hit 1 million dollar winner in a Chevrolet promo. I went online and discovered they were scammed so I really don't know what's going on but I put credit card because I apply for a credit card this week I don't know what's going on and also I have filed for a loan I never got thank you
