I want to draw your kind attention that there is no SUI GAS Supply in IQBAL TOWN Rawalpindi from 6-00AM to 1-00 AM ( 19 Hours) for the last more than one week and this load sheding of SUI GAS will be remained till March 2018 as usual

The Emergency Phone No of Sui Gas Complaint 1199 is still dead

Similarly ,the Customers service Centre Phone No 9290725
Is always remained out of order

R/Sir,
Similarly, the contact phone Nos & Email Address of General Manager SNGPL Islamabad and his all officers are not existed in the website of SNGPL and all officers have concealed their phone NOs & Email Address

Similarly, there is not existed any phone No & Email Address of
Any concerned officer of SNGPL & SNGPL Complaint Centre printed on the back side of sui Gas Bills for the convenience of the SNGPL Consumers for lodging their complaints to concerned officers of SNGPL

It is also a Matter of great surprise that that most careless ,irresponsible & inefficient officers of SNGPL Rawalpindi ,Islamabad has not set up at least one proper Complaint centre functioning round the clock.

R/Sir,
The SNGPL Officers don’t like to meet any SNGPL Consumers in their offices during visitors hours from 10-00 AM upto 12-00PM for listening their genuine problems & complaints for immediate redressing at the spot.

R/Sir,
If any SNGPL Consumer write any complaint to any officer of SNGPL ie MD SNGPL Islamabad, General Manager SNGPL Islamabad , Chairperson OGRA, Federal Minister & Secretary of Gas & Petroleum etc, they don’t bother to compliance the matters

R/Sir.
The Most cruel & terrorists officers of SNGPL are always giving severe tensions & mental worries to all the consumers of SuiGas
Of this Islamic country of Pakistan

The bad intention of all the SNGPL Officers is to kill all the consumers of SNGPL by giving severe tensions to SNGPL CONSUMERS continously

R/Sir.
The SNGPL officers are not feeling any fear of the GREAT ALLAH And also the severe AAZAB OF THE ALLAH which will be revealed very soon upon the most cruel & terrorists officers of SNGPL in their graves

Actual Fact is that there is no shortage of SUI Gas in this islamic country of Pakistan . It is bad policy adopted by all the bad minded officers of SNGPL of this Islamic country of Pakistan

It is not a complicated problem to solve the problems of the SNGPL Consumers

If the Government of this Islamic country of Pakistan is really sincered for the people of this Islamic country of Pakistan,then this problem can be solved in most easily ways

In this connection , our most bravest ,Most patriotic and most glourious army can play a vital role by advising our government of Pakistan for the restoration of Sui Gas supply during Four Nos of Cooking time s ie 1)-Breakfast, 2)- Lunch Time 3)-Tea Time & 4)- Super time at the rate of one Hour per cooing hour time for the sake of the INSANIYAT

R/Sir,
If our this Islamic Government of Pakistan is not willing to accept this genuine request of the consumers of SNGPL, then great ALLAH will help the most oppressed and most affected MAZLOOM people of Pakistan

R/Sir,
If all the most cruel and terrorist officers of SNGPL have not improved their moral character for the sake of the insaniyat , then most severe AAZAB of ALLAH can be revealed upon cruel & most terrorists officers
SNGPL by the curse ( BUD DUHA) of the SNGPL Consumers

R/Sir,
But it is better for the cruel officers of SNGPL for the sake of the insaniyat to feel fear of ALLAH and avoid to do such bad cruel type inhuman practice to kill the SNGPL consumers by giving them severe Tensions and mental worries

During my 76 years of life, I have observed that the working system of all the government departments of Pakistan is not satisfactory

Similarly, Such most serious Types of complaints are also existed against all the most cruel & terrorists officers of others government departments of Pakistan and specially against Department of WAPDA.

R/Sir,
Next time, I will submit one most serious report against most cruel & terrorist officers of department of WAPDA for your kind perusal and action.

R/Sir,
In order to improve the most worst working position of SNGPL Department, My good valuable Suggestions are as under please

1)- kindly advise the Prime Minister of Pakistan to kindly take serious action against (1)- The Managing Director SNGPL Lahore. (2)- General Manager SNGPL Islamabad, (3)- Secretary Petrolium & Gas , and (4)- Chairperson on accouint of the following guilties of acts

(i)- Non Supply of Sui Gas during cooking Hours in Iqbal Town Rawalpindi

(ii)- NON-set up of proper complaint centre functioning round the clock

(iii)- OUT of order phone Nos 1199 and 9290725

(iv)- Non mentioning of Email Address and Phone Nos of concerned SNGPL Officers on the back side of the SNGPL Bill
(V)- Non arranging of complaints through EMAIL

(vi)- Bad Practice of avoiding to meet any SNGPL Consumers during visitors hours in their offices
(vii)- NON holding of OPEN KUTCHERY by the SNGPL Officers at least once in a month in their areas of SNGPL Consumers for redressing the genuine complaints of the SNGPL Consumers by the Officers of SNGPL

2_ Fake degree holders & low qualified officers may kindly be terminated from SNGPL departments

3)- Those officers who have completed 15 years of SNGPL Service should be retired from SNGPL Services

4)- In future , only well qualified and most intelligent officers of GOOD
FAMILIES may kindly be posted in order to run the SNGPL Department in most efficient Ways

I hope that you will kindly convey this most serious complaint against SNGPL Officers in the knowledge of Prime Minister of Pakistan for the purpose of improving the working system of SNGPL Department in the best interest of pakistan.

Without taking most drastic & Stern action against irresponsible officers of SNGPL, the working system of department of SNGPL can not be
Improved.
