I had a conversation regarding my website renewal or getting back it on 8 Nov with one of your online chat support agent (Ms. Spandana) , i requested her to avail me for the same and i am unable to find a suitable link for that , she provided me the link and i went through that process and completed it with Rs.179/- monthly hosting linux plan , i thought my site would get refreshed or get back after some hours but it had not happened so .

I called customer care and they transferred my call with that chat agent but was not resolved and call get disconnected from their side or might be network issue , i again called and conveyed the same , they said chat agent will call you but again when she called me up call get disconnected with some unknown reasons .

Today , i called again and communicated with Mr. Pruthvi for about 45 minutes , he said that you have opted a new hosting plan rather than renewing it , i said that your chat support sent me the link after my query conveyed to her and i followed .

They talking about some grace period of renewal abot which i am not aware of , yesterday i came to know about this , last time on 26 sep i renewed it after expiry of hosting then site got refreshed but this time i am very disappointed and annoyed because they had deleted even my website content which could not be recovered as they said to me without any call alert even.

Grounds for taking legal action :

1. chat support agent wrongly resolved my query .
2. without any call alert site data deleted (on which my vital information could exist).
3. Not taken any backup before deletion or if taken then why did not informed.
4. You can check my chat history with the agent , was my request wrongly conveyed?
5. Deployment of website again with database information not an easy or feasible task for me .
