The only reason you should ever consider buying anything from these guys is if you will never contact them for anything. Customer service is a nightmare.

I ordered a treadmill which was delivered with two parts missing. Contacted customer service but they sent only one part, not the other. Called again but no one to answer. The sells department is available to answer but not the customer service. The sells guy could not help me and I have product in my home which cannot be used. I think the best way is to return it to the store and buy another product.
