A party of 7 booked for the New Years eve evening of a meal and light entertainment. We enjoyed our experience last year and was hoping for a repeat, but it was not to be. I had already paid in full, luckily I took my receipt with me, as they had no record of my payment. The food was very basic with minimal effort. We ordered 6 sirloin and a lamb fillet the meat was tough, and nearly half of it was fat we got 1 tomato half and one onion ring as our vegetables plus chips.after complaining ,our lovely waitress apologised saying that we were not the only people to complain, but she was not allowed to refund us so we were given a bottle of pre second. We then re hacked the bill to find we had been charged for 8 meals . The waiting on staff were excellent and seemed very embarrassed at the quality or lack of quality of food that they had to serve up. So disappointed , that we left at 9.30pm. The turn that was on was truly too loud.
Will not be booking again and I suggest that you change your butcher as the lack of quality really let's the side down. A family new years eve totally ruined .
