I been renting from 11/2017 i was lock out while paying i couldnt gain access to my property they having me paying extra money they have a scan going on when it is time to pay they inconvience you and let you subject to late fee and other fee sometime a lock out with auction fee they increased the fee without notifing me put on their lock and charge for it they dont answer and return call in a timely manner disrespect you yell and hang up or ignore you when you try to dispute your fee when they tell you to pay an amount when they get your credit card they take a different amount i pay $354 they take $364 and more now they increased to $393 without notice and set the system in a way that you cannot pay in order to get late fees and other extra fee it is like holding a gun to my head and taking away my money i want to leave but i couldnot and they collect my fee which cost me another extra fee they are taking away my money i had to be out of ther by the end of this month i had tell them i am going to complain to ch7 and business bureau about there mafia business and take them to court i have sleepless night thinging about this why peoples are so evil they are also going in my stuffed taking what they want because they are all dug up i need help i know i am not the only one going through this they need to return some of my money they need to be expose
