I would like to say that Goodlife Fitness has the worst customer service and the management are not responsive to any complaints that have been sent to them. Neither the management, instructors or the other staff care about you - a customer and paying member of the public. They only want to take your money off you asap. There have been several complaints in the last few years about a particular individual that frequents the zumba classes at Beacon hill, in a room full of mostly women, this individual sticks out like a sore thumb. He makes a scene of himself, has made people really uncomfortable, and as a result of this there have been people that have left the classes to go to Goodlife's competitors, alot of people have fallen off and alot of them just dont show. Several complaints have been brought against this individual and the management's response to the complaints is " if you don't like it go somewhere else" I don't think that Goodlife's headoffice is aware of this, so I hope that someone from their headoffice reads this and know why their membership and subscriptions have fallen off. When people requested their money to be refunded to do exactly what they were told my the management - they were refused. The customer service at this club is null and void. At the end of the day we are all paying members of the public. Nothing has been done so far to curb or talk to this individual and would appreciate if this could seriously be dealt with. Thank you
