refund

I signed up for PT sessions but after 2 sessions I decided to cancel due to the misrepresentation the services in a false, misleading or deceptive way. According to the Canadian Consumer Handbook, I should get a full refund. I was promised that I will refunded this week and the week is over and I am still waiting for my money. I paid with a credit card and now the manager (WADE @DUNFIELD CLUB) told me that it will take about 10 - 15 to write the cheque. 1) they should refund me on my credit card. 2) I doesnt take that long to issue a cheque. It is just an excuse to prolong the refund waiting time. At GOODLIFE, all they want is your $$$.
