AC coils leaks and very rusty

Hi,
I purchased the home in 2010 and noticed a 3 to 4 years later that our home gets hot quickly during summer when we have friends over, and we would have to turn on fans to help cool the house but would not work. I just found last night that our Goodman unit is leaking from the coil. We saw that it is very rusty.
