B1 error code

We purchased a Goodman 5 ton Hvac unit 1 yr ago
Since then we have replaced the board 7 times with a b1 error code. Replaced the wiring harness 2 times. Replaced the fan 2 times and now we’re replacing the board again. They have been unresponsive when we’ve called. Rude at times and basically said nothing they will do. They put out an inferior product built with junk parts and don’t care who they hurt financially.
