since i take long time without android mobile phone.iautomatically forgote my email account.

I recently had my phone was stolen which had my google accounts emails and so forth. Now I have tried for two months to regain access into my own accounts. However, Google is unwilling to cooperate or even respond back to me.No why two-step verification will not work I had my phone shut off due to the fact it was stolen, Those accounts hold a lot of information I needing I need someone to help me please and thank you.
