Auto spell check is not working

I am pursuing this issue since April 2019.,however, remains unresolved

Chrome Book was purchased online in April 2019. We noticed auto spell check is not working on same day
Chrome book was delivered .We sent multiple complaints, reminders but no response.

We had sent complaint through Google feed back, contacted live support ,but issue could not be resolved

My appeal is just for an "Exchange" of chrome Book
