Defective Pixel Phone
My wife purchased a Google Pixel phone and the extended warranty. At first, she loved the phone. But not long after receiving it she began having issues with it. We looked on the web and found that the issues were common to the Pixel. She eventually contacted Google and they replaced her phone with a refurbished phone. We believed that the problems were solved. However, less than a month after receiving the second phone, she began experiencing additional issues with the phone, primarily that you could not hear anything when making a call. After a few days of intermittent calls, she called Google again (from another phone). She asked if she could just return the phone and get her money back. They say that they just want to send her another phone. How many phones do you have to try before they will let you return it?
