Item never received

Do not buy from this site !
I ordered (and paid) an item on 19 October 2017, and never received it. Order 3934575.
eCrater sent me an email after 1 month saying that my item was shipped and sending me the track number. The problem is that the item was shipped on 22 October 2017 and today (4 December 2017) I’m still waiting.
eCrater must refund me the money or will take legal action!
