Gotham Advertises in TV & on their order phone line 1-800-683-9148 for a Hammered Collection Fry Pan w/free Hammered Egg Pan for $19.99 & free shipping. When you place order they charged me $24.99 for the Hammered Fry Pan & $5.00 for the Hammered Egg Pan. When you call the 800 number, it’s advertising the same deal, but charge you higher prices. Called to complain & cancel if need be, & told to call 1-844-475-3602, after an 11 minute wait, I was told there was nothing they could do. I’d have to refuse order upon arrival. I asked why the false advertisement & if I could get my $10 over charge credited, but was told they don’t give credits. Asked to speak to a Manager, told they don’t take calls from people like me! I’m tired of being taken advantage of!
