My complaint is that I bought the Gotham Steel Grille and it's HORRIBLE!!!! The non stick teflon on the bottom is coming off, and part of it is turning black as everything sticks to it even when you spray it with oil. It's suppose to be non stick teflon on the bottom and the teflon comes off in the dishwasher. It's also suppose to be dishwasher safe. It's the worst product. I have also bought their large fry pan (12 inches), and it's also horrible as everything sticks to it and you have to be careful. I tried to contact the company with the toll free number they provide and I get "All circuits are busy" then the stupid thing hangs up on you.

DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! They should not be allowed to advertise as it's false.
