these pots loose their coating under regular use

I purchased the 9.5 Gotham steel pan based on all the advertising I’d seen in this product. First off, food sticks. So I resigned myself to using oil and I just noticed the ceramic titanium (seriously?) surface has a chip. It had been used a handful of times and always with silicone utensils. The lifetime warranty is a joke! You have to pay $9.95USD to ship it to them in order to get a replacement. I will not feed your never ending revenue stream, so the pan is garbage. And when I called, it was suggested I buy 2 for $19.95 because I refused to incur the shipping cost for a faulty product. Gotham steel should be studied as a cautionary tale of poor customer service. What a complete disappointment.

I have 3 fry pans which are numbered 6113 and 6105 and 7031. They were great the first couple of months! Then they started to stick and chip and scratch? Why is beyond me! You offer a non stick product, and stand by your products so your commercial says,
I only use rubber spatulas, and wood spoons to cook with, therefore I am not sure why this happens.
I also bought these!
The small pot is also numbered 7031, and the largest pot is also 7031, was bought as a set with the fries rack, the other Two pots with the lock handles were bought at the same time . Please send me a reply, and do not tell me to send you the items, unless you pay for shipping, I am now not happy with the frying pans for a while, if you decide you cannot help me with this problem, I will put it on Facebook to see how many people have the same problems, I bought this in good faith and wish for you to send me replacements as you offer in you advertising.

The fry pan sticks worse than any pan I've ever owned and is the hardest to clean ... I hate it!!!! Not as advertised ... $50 down the drain

Bought over $500 in Gotham steel products the big frying pan everything sticks in the pan and turns it black and won't come clean I tried to email but got no answer back so please call me I want a new pan 403 360 3158

Fry pan does not work according to advertisement, everything sticks no matter what.

I bought a gotham steel frying pan and within a month it has warped. I am not happy with this as it cost over $60. I want my money refunded please!!

The pan started sticking and started getting burned on had to finally throw it out.Even steel wool wouldn't remove stain.

After cancelling my order awhile ago, they still haven't credited my account back yet and they said it only takes 24 to 48 hours.
