all pots and pans stick food to bottom of frying pan even pouched eggs in water and three beef sausages totally stuck to pans. Do not buy these products

I cooked pouched eggs in frying pan the eggs stuck to the bottom of pan. I then cooked three beef sausages in frying pan and juice stuck to pan,had to soak pan to finally get clean. your advertising is false everything sticks to frying pan and I have marks on frying pan that will not wash off. Consumer sand corperate affairs says I have to send your company a complaint. this is my complaint!!!!!

After ordering one fry pan and one for free at a total of $19.95 by phone, I tried to cancel my order but was told that I was not in the sytem. Good. How horrified I as to see that my account had been charged over $100. Finally after 3 days, got hold of customer service who told me not to accept the order. This I did. I am now trying to contact customer service to find out why my account has not been credited. This is the 4th day of trying to call them, telephone number constantly busy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
