Ordered 2 cookware pans back in April, still haven’t received them! Also need a tracking number!

We bought 2 Gotham Steel Fry Pans and they are TERRIBLE! At first, food slid right out, now everything sticks to the pan. It destroys eggs, as can be seen in the picture. Will NEVER buy these pans again or recommend them to family or friends! A real disappointment!!

I have had the Cooper pots and pans for a while. They are now sticking and scratches. False advertising. At first, I loved them, nothing sticked, and easily cleaned. After a few times cooking, their terrible. Would like to get them replaced to see if it might be those pans and pots, to see if they won't do it. If I can't get them replaced, I will be going back to using iron pots and pans. I have tried plenty of times to contact the company, but unsuccessful. Will not recommend them to no one, if not replaced, I will be discourage anyone from buying, because I have verbally telling people, and they have been buying them at Wal Mart.

I bougth a 12 1/2" frying pan 2 1/2 months ago and the pan is warpped .It wobbles on a glass top stove. I would like a replacement.
