I've had my cookware for about six years. My skillets are worn, and the surface is no longer "non-stick". Gotham makes the promise that they will replace cookware that wears out within ten years. I've been communicating with them since December 2023 about replacement skillets, it's now the end of March 2024. All I get from them is that the items are not available right now, yet I've seen the skillets being sold on their website. Earlier this month I was told that the manager was working on getting the items shipped to me ... Not.

I'm no longer expecting replacement skillets. I'm done and will not be buying from them again. I can't tolerate companies or people for that matter that don't live up to their word.

Purchased the whole set of these nonstick pans . What a joke worked fine for a week , now everything STICKS to them unless you use cooking spray . Buyer BEWARE these are JUNK. They are scamming consumers out of hard earned money ! Junk Junk Junk !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED !!
