While cooking with the 5.5 egg pan one of the rivets on the inside of the pan blew off with the force of a firecracker or even a small caliber hand gun. It could have easily taken out an eye! Never thought a stove top pan could be a weapon.
To make matters worse when contacting your customer service department to report this very serious issue I was instructed to return the pan to you at my expense along with a check for $9.95 and you would replace it.
ARE YOU KIDDING!
Had I been injured you would be facing a law suit and you expect me to pay you to replace the pan and call that warranty!
While googling this issue I see I'm not the first to experience this!
Maybe you should be resolving this issue before it does some serious damage, if it hasn't already, rather then simply trying to sell me another pan!
As the saying goes, "Try to injure me with a rivet on a Gotham Steel pan once shame on you, try to injure me with a rivet on a Gotham Steel pan twice shame on me!"

Fortunately it hit the wall and not me. Could have taken out an eye!

Had I been injured, possibly an eye for example, you'd be facing a law suit and you expect me to pay to have the pan replaced!
I did see on the internet that I'm not the first to experience this!
Maybe you should be resolving this so that it doesn't happen again before someone is seriously injured and you do face legal action rather then basically selling me another pan and calling it warranty!

No longer a Gotham Steel projectile customer

Was cooking hashbrown on the stove ,Medium flame, and the rivet on the inside of the pan blew off. Firecracker force.Company website www.gothamsteel.com does not have a consumer email. Does have a toll free number that is only open M_F but does not convey this.
Second rivet looks like that is about to pop.


Anyone using this product should be aware to use this product with caution.
